Welcome to Your Self Love Coaching! It is exciting to provide the services described below for your personal growth and impact in accordance with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you place an order with Your Self Love Coach then a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Your Self Love Coach. The terms of that contract are as set here.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Your Self Love Coach, LLC. (“Your Self Love Coach,” “we,” or “us”) provides an online self love journey (“the Services”) which walks users through the entire process from targeting their strengths, limitations translating their experience to increase self love, self discovery, and self control. Use of services prepare users to write a new narrative and create patterns to be highest, truest, authentic self through self acceptance.  Use of the Services (including access to the Content) is subject to compliance with these Terms which incorporate by reference our Privacy Section and any license agreement that might accompany the applicable service. Therefore, by accessing or using any of the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms.

2. LIVE SESSIONS

To use Your Self Love Coach Services, you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, and which includes payment through a legal and authorized account.

When booking live sessions with our coach, we expect you to be on time, on Zoom as requested and fully prepared for your session with limited to no distractions using the guidance given in your email confirmation. Our coach will always give a 15 minute grace period to clients, and we ask that clients give the same courtesy. Users will always receive their 55 minutes if their coach starts later then desired time.

3. BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Sessions are billed in advance with a valid payment method and confirmed by email. We understand that sometimes you may need to rearrange your session, we ask for 24 hours notice for any changes to enable the session to respect others time. You are responsible for rescheduling via website or email. Sessions are invalid after 90 days of initial scheduling. If you rearrange or cancel within 24 hours, you will not be able to reschedule and forfeit your session. 

• 1. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our clients (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.

• 2. Changes to Price

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in the Terms of Use, any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

• 3. Warranty & Liability

The satisfaction of our clients is Your Self Love Coach’s highest priority and we are committed to providing the best tools, coaching skills and therapeutic methods to increase self love as well as increase client’s quality of life. The Services are delivered with exceptional skill and care by your who is professional and experienced. In the best interest of our clients, we reserve the right to recommend a different form of therapeutic services or coaching if needed. 

The client is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the Services provided. Your Self Love Coach, LLC. are released from any liability claims and clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions during and as a result of the Service.

4. PRIVACY

We shall keep all information about clients in strict confidence and shall not pass details to any third party. Client agrees that Your Self Love Coach, LLC. owns and retains all rights to the Services. Your Coach will not divulge that you are in a coaching relationship without your express consent. The client is free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time. 

5. GENERAL

There is no extra charge for brief “catch up calls” between your Coaching Sessions, whether to discuss an issue or concern or share something great! Your Coach provides this free additional service to give your superior value and results. Your Coach is available throughout the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions or review minor issues. Again, there is no charge for any of the brief “catch up emails”.

No waiver or any amendment to these terms shall be effective unless in writing and agreed by both you and us. This contract shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United States of America.
